transferring my old blog name

    I recently added a new blog address name (kesskessler.wordpress.com) and now I have changed my mind and want the old name back (cbkessler.wordpress.com). I don’t want two blogs just one with the old blog address name back. I now have two blogs; one with the new name (I don’t want) and the old name (which I want). Somehow my original blog (style and previous posts, ect) was transferred over with the new blog address name.

    Basically, I just want it all back the way I had it in the beginning under cbkessler.wordpress.com

    Please Help?

    You won’t be able to change the name back to an existing blog.

    In this case, you’ll need to export/import the content via the Tools section of the blogs’ Dashboards.

    I just transferred or tried to move the old blog over to the new but now I cannot get access to my old blogs!

    What is this nonsense!

    Someone please help.

    I need help to recover my old blog and everything in my previous blog. I transferred my old blog to the new and now I cannot access. Can someone please point me in the right direction on regaining the data. I can still pull it up but not access on my new address.

    Help please?

    You need to export from kesskessler.wordpress.com and import into cbkessler.wordpress.com

    Note to Import or Export you need to be logged in as an Admin for the blog – if the blogs were created with different accounts then you need to log in under the proper account – both of your blogs are alive so nothing has gotten lost –

    I cannot get back into kesskessler.wordpress.com. It will not let me log in to export.

    I can see all my info but cannot sign in or get to it.

    Help!

    Hi there – I’ve given your kesskessler user access to the site kesskessler.wordpress.com so you should now be able to log in under that user account. Please let us know if you need further help.
