Transferring stats and subscribers from wordpress.com to self-hosted WordPress
-
Hi, I currently have a blog on http://henrypoon.wordpress.com and have recently migrated to a self-hosted WordPress blog at https://www.henrypoon.com/blog.
I’d like to transfer my stats and subscribers from the old blog to the new one. According to this, I am supposed to post a thread here. Could someone help me with this?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there,
You’re all set! I have migrated both your subscribers and your stats to your new site. You should be able to see them in the stats section of your self-hosted site now.
Let me know if you have any questions or problems!

Hi, sorry to reopen this ticket, but it just occurred to me that my “year in review” posts have not been migrated to the new page. How do I go about migrating these posts to the new blog?

No problem at all. When you say “year in review” post, do you mean the one which we provided to you, or did you write a post?
If the former, that was something which was a function of your site here at WordPress.com, so it doesn’t translate over to a self-hosted WordPress.org site. If it’s a post which you wrote, then let me know. You may need to re-export your site (perhaps just that post) in order to get it over to your new site.

It’s the one that WordPress offers to generate for me every time a new year rolls around, so yes it was definitely a function on the WordPress.com site. So I’m guessing that there isn’t a way to migrate that auto-generated report over?

The actual post, I’m afraid not. You could take a screenshot of it, or even copy the text and recreate it on your new site, but the actual post itself will not transfer I’m afraid.
If you are unfamiliar with how to take a screenshot, we have information right here:
