I need to transfer my wordpress.com subscribers to my wordpress.org site. Can I have some help please?
WordPress.com site: http://virtualmotorpixblog.wordpress.com/
WordPress.org site: http://blog.virtualmotorpix.com/
Your help is greatly appreciated.
The blog I need help with is virtualmotorpixblog.wordpress.com.
Have you installed Jetpack? You need to do that before staff can do a transfer.
I have transferred your subscribers as requested.
Please let us know if you need any further assistance!
Thank you very much for doing that! However, I don’t know how to access the subscribers/users on our new blog site. Why is it so difficult to find the area, it was easy on our old blog. Please let me know as soon as possible as I have already wasted valuable time. Thanking you, nonetheless,
with kind regards,
It’s in the Jetpack -> Site Stats section of your blog’s Dashboard, near the bottom-left.
Thanks a lot, have found it. Why is it hidden? Is it natural for some people to look in site stats in order to find the subscribers?
Could I ask you another question, please? It is in connection with the same 2 blog sites. We want to close the http://virtualmotorpixblog.wordpress.com/, because our new site: http://blog.virtualmotorpix.com/, will be replacing the first one. Can you tell me what I need to do? Thank you very much in advance! :)

It’s not really hidden, that’s just where it’s always been. We consider the total of subscribers a statistic, and linking the list up with the total just seems to fit well.
If you want to permanently delete your site, please follow this guide:
Please read the warnings and advice before deleting a site, as we can’t revert a site deletion for any reason.
If you want to hide your site instead, you can use the following guide to make your site private so only you and other members of the site can view it when logged in:
Is it possible to delete the “email subscribers” from the Jetpack plugin on the new site in order that we can move them to a new email subscription plugin?
Sure, just disable the Subscriptions module in the Jetpack section of your blog’s Dashboard.
I am also working on the same blog as virtualmotorpix. I have disabled the plugin, but I would like to subscribe 18 wordpress.com followers to our blog. Is there a way we can access their email address, or transfer these people to the new blog whilst keeping the subscriptions module disabled?
No, we can only transfer to Jetpack’s subscription module.
Sure, would you please open your own thread about that?
Done! You are my hero, macmanx.
