Tried new theme…lost customizing on header title & lost widgets

    annezazu helped customize my header title back in August 2014. Today I tried a new theme,and when I reverted back to my old theme, my custom header title “Coastal Lifestyles” changed. I want my old custom header title back.

    Also, the widget on the “Eat” page, “Food Sites We Like” which were links to those food websites, went away and I don’t remember how to add a widget to only one specific page. Also lost on the “Junking” page, “Antique Faires We Like.”

    Really need help. If annezazu is available, she did my customizing of my header title in August 2014, so she may be able to help me again, as ALL my printed business cards and facebook reflect this header title. You can view how the title should look on my facebook page, I think.

    Themes are just “skins” on WordPress.COM hosted blogs. You can quickly and easily change themes on any WordPress.COM hosted blog to another one found here http://wordpress.com/themes/ and no data will be lost or negatively affected by the change. The only time you may have to do some work is if you are changing to a dramatically different theme and have done any CSS editing.

    Provided you are logged in as Admin under the same username account that registered the blog go to Dashboard > Appearance > Themes, Browse themes until you find one you like and click “activate” or the “preview” link, or type in the name of the theme you want to use when it appears.

    After you change your theme all you need to do is go here Dashboard > Appearance > Widgets > Inactive Widgets and re-install them where you want them to appear. The widget contents and settings will be the same as they were prior to changing themes.

    To install a header image from the images in your Media Library go to > Dashboard > Appearance > Header
