tried to register and got "domain registration failed"
I got error “domain registration failed”.
some message regarding “whois” or something like that
The blog I need help with is hagailuger.wordpress.com.
moreover. the name I tried to register is “hagailuger.com”.
It was available before the error and now it’s not!
This is not ok. Isn’t there a way to get a live answer?
I paid money and now my domain is taken and nobody to talk to?
This is the known wordpress?
It appears as if you’ve purchased the domain hagailuger.com and that is why it is no longer available. It also seems as if you’ve done this very recently.
Did you issue a chargeback? If so, this could be a possible reason you’re not seeing your domain connected to your account.

First, thanks. I got quite panicked, and saw I only have this forum which I thought is simply users helping, not the company workers.
Second, No. I didn’t issue a chargeback, I don’t even have the option.
I can only see that I was charged 26$ without any details on how to cancel it.
And I can’t find any connection to hagailuger.com
I would be very grateful if you could just please reverse everything.
let this hagailuger.com domain free, give me my money back, and let’s go on with our lives.

I’m sorry about the trouble with your new domain not showing up on your account upon registration. I can understand how frustrating that would be.
After your last note, I did some research and found we did have a temporary issue earlier today that caused a delay in processing the domain registration for hagailuger.com.
We have corrected the issue and your domain has been successfully registered and has been added to your account. You should now see it under Store → My Upgrades, here:
I understand that you may still want to cancel your domain upgrade and receive a refund. The reason I didn’t go through with the cancellation before speaking with you is If we cancel your newly-registered domain, it can take up to several weeks for our domain registrar to release the domain, and we can’t guarantee that your domain will be available to you again once canceled.
If you want to keep using your domain but you don’t want to use WordPress.com anymore, you don’t have to cancel it. Instead, you can move the domain to another site, using the Domain Administration tool under Store > My Domains in your dashboard.

However, if you don’t want this domain at all, you can cancel it for a full refund if you purchased it within the last two days. To cancel the domain, go to Store > My Upgrades in your dashboard. Locate the domain you want to cancel in the list, and click on the Cancel and Refund link near to it.
