moreover. the name I tried to register is “”.
It was available before the error and now it’s not!

This is not ok. Isn’t there a way to get a live answer?
I paid money and now my domain is taken and nobody to talk to?

    This is the known wordpress?

    Hello there,

It appears as if you’ve purchased the domain and that is why it is no longer available. It also seems as if you’ve done this very recently.

Did you issue a chargeback? If so, this could be a possible reason you’re not seeing your domain connected to your account.

Please let me know and I’ll continue to troubleshoot this issue for you. Many thanks.

First, thanks. I got quite panicked, and saw I only have this forum which I thought is simply users helping, not the company workers.

Second, No. I didn’t issue a chargeback, I don’t even have the option.
I can only see that I was charged 26$ without any details on how to cancel it.

And I can’t find any connection to

I would be very grateful if you could just please reverse everything.

let this domain free, give me my money back, and let’s go on with our lives.

I would happily do it myself but after checking all the options – I can’t.
Please help me within 48 hours so that I could get my money back.

(I would see your response tommorow morning, since it’s 22:20 here in Israel and I’m not going to stay awake).

    Hi there again,

I’m sorry about the trouble with your new domain not showing up on your account upon registration. I can understand how frustrating that would be.

After your last note, I did some research and found we did have a temporary issue earlier today that caused a delay in processing the domain registration for

We have corrected the issue and your domain has been successfully registered and has been added to your account. You should now see it under Store → My Upgrades, here:

I understand that you may still want to cancel your domain upgrade and receive a refund. The reason I didn’t go through with the cancellation before speaking with you is If we cancel your newly-registered domain, it can take up to several weeks for our domain registrar to release the domain, and we can’t guarantee that your domain will be available to you again once canceled.

If you want to keep using your domain but you don’t want to use anymore, you don’t have to cancel it. Instead, you can move the domain to another site, using the Domain Administration tool under Store > My Domains in your dashboard.

For more information on using the domain elsewhere, please see:

However, if you don’t want this domain at all, you can cancel it for a full refund if you purchased it within the last two days. To cancel the domain, go to Store > My Upgrades in your dashboard. Locate the domain you want to cancel in the list, and click on the Cancel and Refund link near to it.

This cannot be undone, so please follow the on-screen instructions carefully.

Again, please accept my apologies for any problems this may have caused. If I can help answer with anything else, let me know. Thank you.

Thank you for everything. You are indeed “Happiness Engineer” :-)
I would listen to your advice and keep things as they are now, because I still want this domain, and maybe even still want

Hopefully my experience from now on would be better…

    Thanks again.

I am so glad. I am really sorry for the inconvenience, but am thrilled you’re up and running. Please let us know if we can be of any help as you build your site. Best of luck!
