trying to add a badge. is this code allowed?

    I am trying to add a badge on my blog from Meal Outlaw and the code shows up, not the badge. I am wondering if the code is not allowed, but I know nothing about code, and don’t know what kind it is.

    You can create a badge for your site by using a generator that does not use javacript.
