Trying to cancel ad upgrade, and button cancels ads for incorrect site

  1. Hi, I am trying to cancel no ad upgrade on **NOT** the no ad upgrade for my other site But the confirmation email only indicates And support is apparently shut. :(

    Do I just wait until support reopens??

  2. The refund period is 30 days after purchase, so if you can wait until Staff returns after the 29th, that should still give you enough time.

    Regardless, I've tagged this thread for Staff attention. Hopefully it won't be too long before someone gets back to you.
