Trying To Cancel Upgrade for DAYS now - PLEASE HELP

  1. Hi there,

    I tried cancelling my WordPress value bundle on October 26, 2012. I received an email confirmation but the link "Confirm Cancellation" was broken and kept telling me to try again. But when I went to "My Upgrades" in my store, there was no longer a cancellation button! i have tried emailing multiple times about this, and have not received a response.

    PLEASE guide me through the necessary steps to reimburse my $73.00. I am keeping the domain.

    My 30 day window expires on November 8.
