Trying to m odify footer

    I’m new to modifying templates and have done good with one except when I get to the footer. It has this code for the whole footer.php:

    <?php eval(base64_decode('Pz4gPGRpdiBpZD0iZm9vdGVyIj4NCjxwPiANCjw/cGhwIGJsb2dpbmZvKCduYW1lJyk7ID8+IDw/cGhwIGlmKGlzX2hvbWUoKSkgOiA/PjxhIGhyZWY9Imh0dHA6Ly9maWxlcmVjb3ZlcnlyZXZpZXcuY29tLyIgdGl0bGU9IndpbmRvd3MgcmVjb3ZlcnkiID53aW5kb3dzIHJlY292ZXJ5PC9hPjw/cGhwIGVuZGlmOyA/Pg0KIDwvcD4NCjwvZGl2Pg0KPC9kaXY+DQoNCjw/cGhwIGRvX2FjdGlvbignd3BfZm9vdGVyJyk7ID8+DQoNCjwvYm9keT4NCjwvaHRtbD4gPD8='));?>

    This was a free template but it looks encoded (I’m guessing for tracking). The template said it was free to use and I need to change the footer.

    How do I deal w/this or is there another place I need to change the footer?
