You can’t. WordPress.com supports original content blogging. At WordPress.com widgets can only be used in sidebars and not to auto-fill content into pages or posts, the way sploggers do. See the section in Types of Blogs allowed and not allowed so you know where WordPress.com stands on the issue of auto-filled content.

Automated blogs: Blogs that are generated by computers, including randomly generated blogs, blogs that re-publish press releases, marketing material, search engine results, link dumps or any other mass-produced content.

using page as twitter feed…. i would think that meant why isn’t wordpress doing what facebook does? why can’t blog posts be automatically integrated w/feeding my twitter account?
anyway if that wasn’t meant by the original question, it is mine.

I believe the answer to your question is that WordPress.com is a blogging platform that supports original content blogging and Facebook is a social network. I believe
WordPress.com has chosen not to provide to the ability to auto-post content into pages and posts as that is what leads to duplicate content blogs. Note that content thieves use auto-filled content to create splogs and spam blogs. Please see the section in Types of Blogs allowed and not allowed so you know where WordPress.com stands on the issue of auto-filled content.

    Google re:duplicate content

i will, but you have the question backwards. using your WP blog as a feed TO your twitter account…. is what the question literally asked? but it is my question at least. if you use Facebook you are probably famliar with the free app that allows your posts you make on your facebook page, to be automatically posted to your twitter account as you make the post on facebook. The app automatically restricts your FB post to the number of characters allowed in any one Tweet. The reader goes to your blog (the URL is included in your tweet) so they can go read the whole post on your fb page, if they want. It is a great way of promoting your blog to the Twitter community at large for free. I dont see it here on WP, either the free or paid subscription but it is very useful app for promoting your blog, and is not a hard application to develop.

Under Dashboard -> Settings -> Sharing you can link your blog to your Facebook and Twitter account. Whenever you post your blog it will automatically post the title of your post along with a link to the post on both of those services.

I want to apologize for not understanding you in the first place. I’m so sorry that I didn’t and your answer was delayed.

Note, however, that content posted via Publicize will be less likely to show up in your friends’ news feeds than content manually posted. Also, when it truncates the titles on Twitter everybody knows you’re using robots and not engaging directly. It lowers the social value of your posts.
