Sent an invite to a new author, which she successfully accepted, and her invite is still shown as waiting in the dashboard after 5 days.
As suggested in similar threads here, I sent a direct request to support with the details, and got the automated response on Friday morning, but nothing has happened. Is there anything else I can do please, as there was no ticket number to follow up. Or am I being too impatient?
I’ll flag this thread for Staff attention. Note: When we create a support ticket by contacting Staff it’s important to understand they have a backlog. They deal with the support tickets with the earliest dates first. So if we contact them more than once of the same issue the date moves forward and it takes longer to get help.
