unable to add Tags and Media to post

Help! I can’t add Tags or Media to my post today. What’s going on?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

(1) How you are connecting to the internet and to WordPress.com?
The way you connect to the internet (mobile, satellite, DSL, dial-up) and to your blog, and how many proxy server jumps etc. it takes to connect can cause problems. There maybe be problems with your ISP and/or with the proxy servers. Also note that the main dashboard isn’t designed to work with touch devices through the tablet and smartphone browsers.(2) Are you using the secure https:// login?

(4) Have you done any troubleshooting? Below are the troubleshooting steps we take whenever any issues like this arise and undertaking them will provide valuable feedback information for Staff:

b. Using the browser with all extensions or add-ons disabled
c. updating the browser to the latest stable version http://browsehappy.com/

I got it! It was the compatibility mode. After I removed WordPress, it started working again. Thanks a million!

I cannot use the Add Media button to upload images to my blog. This is now 3 days. What is the issue? Please resolve. -

If so note there is no “www” in any wordpress.com the URL and the URL is not complete and clickable ie. it’s an active link without the .wordpress.comWe need specifics in order to help so please try some troubleshooting and answer the following questions so we have something to work with.

Oh really? Where are your answers to the troubleshooting questions I posted above? We can’t help those who refuse to participate in the troubleshooting process.
Please explain the issue.
Let me be crystal clear about this. Only a tiny number of the over 35 million bloggers are experiencing issues. Those who have resolved the issue all had issues caused at their end of things – not at the WordPress.com end.
I have zero problems with troubleshooting and providing information now or ever when I need help. I’m using an old PC on a DSL line equipped with IE8, Firefox 15.0.1 and Chrome 22 and I’m not experiencing the issue you are experiencing, or indeed any issues at all.
Please focus on participating in problem solving as hand wringing does not result in resolutions and we have no magic wands we can wave and make your issue disappear. After you do some troubleshooting and provide answers to the questions posed we may be able to trace the cause and provide a solution.
