Unable to change personal email address

    I am unable to change the email associated with the blog. I have tried several times over a period of several days with no success. It keeps saying that the request is pending, but no email has been received (nor is it in the spam folder). I also checked and there is no other account registered with this new email address.

    Anything else I can try? Thanks.

    Yes, I actually had read a previous post that you commented on with that link. When add the new email to the forgotten password request, it says there are no accounts associated with email. Thanks anyway for the quick response!

  5. Just to check, have you tried entering a different email address besides the one you're trying to change it to?

    Yes, I tried to switch to a second personal address; however, although the site says the second email is in effect, it still goes to the original personal address. This has only confused me more, since my intent is to change it to our organizational email.

  7. There are two email addresses to change.

    1. At Users -> Personal Settings, this is mostly for account-specific notifications.

    2. At Settings -> General, this is mostly for blog-specific notifications.

    Make sure that you have changed both.

    There has already been pending requests for both settings. Sorry this is so difficult :/

  9. Ok, and just to be sure have you tried changing those to a different email address, besides the one you want to change them to?

    I can change the setting to a new email, but I am still not able to change it to my desired email.

  11. Ok, on the desired email, please try adding to your email's whitelist.

    I contacted my org's IT department and they were able to find the blocked messages. It is now successfully changed. Thanks for the help!
