unable to confirm email address change – not receiving email to new address

Hi there. I’m trying to change my email address on my existing account. I’m not receiving the email to my new address to ‘confirm’ the change. Is there another way to confirm?

Hi there,
Our logs show we’ve sent the confirmation email to the new address several times. If you haven’t received it, it might be getting filtered or blocked on your email provider’s end.
Please check the spam folder, and also any filters that might be active in your email account.
There is no other way to confirm the change – the purpose of that email is to confirm the email address is active and that you can receive emails from us at that address, as that’s the only way you’d be able to reset your password if necessary.
