The blog I need help with is

    (2) Try clearing your browser’s cache

    (3) Make sure that you have both third-party cookies enabled and JavaScript enabled

    (4) Disable all browser extensions or add-ons temporarily.

    (5) Try enabling HTTPS:

Add both * and * to your list of trusted sites under the Security tab. Make sure to uncheck the box for “Require server verification (https:) for all sites in this zone.”

If you are not successful let us know:
    (a) How you are connecting to the internet and to
    (b) Exactly which browser (and version of it) you’re using by checking here if necessary

  3. Hi timethief,

Thank you for your help. I have satisfied all your suggestions and made any corrections that were needed but to no avail - no matter where I place items/text/images, once I hit update they all jump to the top of the Visual Editor box.

I am using Chrome 28 and have tried to switching to Internet Explorer but there was no change.

Do you think I should actually download WordPress onto my computer? I was under the impression that for a simple resume portfolio display site I would not have to.

Thank you enormously for your help.

    Barry Auguste
