Unable to edit or upload custom themes to my website- Cheating, uh?

  1. Long story short; I'm unable to use wordpress for my intended purpose which is for a websitel. my domain is mapped to wordpress and the latest wordpress is installed on my web hosts cpanel..... When I go to I have no custom themes that were previously added. Everything was fine and I was running a custom theme i bought from themeforest but when I tried to upload a custom logo I got that "Cheating, uh?" message and it never worked beyond that.

When I go to wp-admin and login I am taking to dashboard and settings options but I am unable to upload customm themes there.

Any thoughts? How do I fix this and how can I upload my custom theme? (It was uploaded to my host via FTP)

The blog I need help with is

  2. That's a install that you are referring to. and are completely separate and different. I'm sorry but we cannot help you here at with that site as it’s not being hosted by and we run on different software. This is the correct forum for your software http://wordpress.ORG/support/ If you have not registered a username account yet you can do so on the top right hand corner of the page I just linked to so you can post to those support forums. vs The Differences
    Best wishes with your site.

  3. There is nothing to be fixed. Third party themes are not permitted here.

  4. Okay thanks guys. I should have my domain mapped to wordpress.ORG and not .COM, correct?

  5. This is the correct forum for your software http://wordpress.ORG/support/

  6. There is no FTP access to free hosted blogs and we cannot install any third party themes. The only themes we can use on free hosted blogs are those found here > Appearance > Themes and there is no upgrade you can purchase that changes that. For a comparison of free hosted blogs and installs for self hosting see here >
