Unable to export blog: HTTP 500 Internal Server Error

  1. The webpage at might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.

    both on Firefox and Chroome same error
    Adblock = disabled. rechecked.

    im guessing the size makes the timeout-error.

    if i can get a downloadlink send to me that would be great.
    as im guessing the filesize might be to big for email attachment

    Woah! 3,366 posts! Yeah, that's gonna be way too many for your browser to handle. I've started the export on our end and I'll email it to you as soon as it's finished.

  12. my email shows all above posts but not seperate email from WordPress-Support with an file/attachement is received. and i did check the settings for correct email linked to wordpress. so can you resend it. ty

  21. i have checked both spam folder and the social tab (beside main inbox) and none have any WP-Support/co emails thus also no file. so my request would be if it can be send to: [email redacted] my alternate email adres.


  22. Hi @liviaether - Sorry about that! I think it's a conflict with Gmail receiving the large attachment. I'll send you an email with the download link itself, which worked for eyesforlies.

    Me too - I also am having trouble with the export, and it is probably because of the size of the file (we have 4900+ posts). Can you fix it for me please?
