Unable to get response from wordpress support

    Hi,

    I am not getting any response from WordPress support via the contact form so I’m posting my problem here:

    I re-newed domain mapping for my account (jangalikayamane.com) on the 17th of January by clicking “re-new” from my account screen.

    So I was confused when I saw renewal messages on my account this morning. I re-checked my email and it says that I re-newed domain mapping for an account I’ve never heard of (donncha.wordpress.com). What happened??

    I’ve never been to that site and have no affiliation with it.

    I can supply the transaction ID for my purchase. Please fix this error before my domain mapping expires and restore order to the universe and my faith in wordpress.

    Why it is different problem? I send message to staff via contact form and I didn’t get the answer. I didn’t mean that we have the same problem with blogging.

    That’s what I meant exactly. The blogging problem is what defines the thread. Your blogging problem is not related. It’s been answered as you can see from the URL nine times. TT gave you the information: nobody in teh forums can help, therefore wait to hear back from staff. A wait of a few days is not unusual.

    That’s not unusual. Is the URL you’re asking about this one? http://dailycashonline.wordpress.com/ I’m not staff, and I’m just speculating, but that would almost certainly fall outside the list of acceptable blog types here. http://en.wordpress.com/tos/ It is possible that the blog will not be returned.
