Unable to manage subscription renewals through My Upgrades

  1. The site I manage has three subscriptions that are about to expire in a few weeks, and I can view these on the My Upgrades tab. However, I can't edit the credit card details because these subscriptions were bought by someone who helped me set up the site. Can these be transferred to me, or what should I do?

  2. Contacting that person is your responsibility.

  3. The other admin user on that blog, and the person who set up the billing, needs to go into the site and update the credit card information, or contact us to update the account.
