I have no problems with this account, but I’m trying to sign up for a separate blog on a separate email for my uni work with my email. The problem is I cannot seem to receive an activation email.
I have double and triple checked the emails, and tried to get it resent though the support page several times, but still no activation email. (Yes, I’ve already checked spam folders). I have also tried to log in with that account to contact support, but it says that my username/email doesn’t exist, yet when i try to re-register, I can’t use the same email because it says it’s taken.
While i have read it can take up to 24 hours, I have tried to register with that email about a year ago and gave up after encountering the same problem – I was never able to receive the activation email. As my lecturer is asking for a link to our blog by the end of today, please let me know if anything can be done. The URL I’m trying to use is (email redacted) NOT the one I’m forced to enter with this account.
