Unable to renew expired domain mapping

    My upgrade for domain mapping lapsed, but the domains themselves aren’t expired. I can’t find where to renew these on my dashboard. Nothing in store, my domains, or my upgrades seems to offer an option of renewing the expired subscription. If I try to purchase a new mapping, it says that the domain is already mapped. Any thoughts on how to renew these?

    Staff can help you reclaim your domain names. If you subscribe to this topic then you’ll be notified via email when there is a response. Depending how long the names have been expired, you may be forced to pay an extra fee to renew them. It looks like you might be okay, but because I’m not staff I cannot be certain. Good luck!!

    Thank you all! @stephafford- It looks like the domain mapping is in another account (not the account with the username stephpafford).

    Please log into the account with that domain mapping and you will be able to renew it in your Store > My Upgrades page. For security reasons I cannot provide you the username of that account.

    If you aren’t sure of the account and need help recovering it, please let me know.

    No options to renew or purchase… does the Helen user have to make these updates?

    As seen you cannot renew because stephpafford it not the account that purchased the upgrade. Helen would be able to as that account is the one that purchased it.

    If you want to renew it yourself, please ask Helen to reply to this thread and with her confirmation I can transfer the upgrades into your account.
