I have hundreds of spam comments that do not have check box next to them to be able to choose them for deletion. Some come through as spam and do have a check box, but when I select all, only those that have the check box will be selected and deleted, and the others will remain. Even if there was a way to go through and delete them one by one it would be a full time job. Is there a way to get around this? do the spam comments have some sort of markup that disables the check box?

I wasn't able to choose the site I wanted, which actually may be a dot org site, but I actually figured the answers would be the same. I thought I chose "support" as my reason for posting. Yes, I realize I am talking to a computer.
