unable to view wordpress
I am unable to view or properly use any of my blogs. Blogs lack all functionality and resemble websites that are ten years old. At first I thought it was a browser issue, but problem occurs in both Firefox and WordPress.
I have rebooted my computer twice (once in safe mode), as well as cleared my cookies and Cache, and still experience the same issues.
How do I find out if the issue is with WordPress of my personal computer? What is the first step in trouble shooting?
The blog I need help with is racehorses.wordpress.com.

on the first line.
Right about the time you responded, the problem fixed itself. Luckily, I captured screen shots of what it looked like for several hours before it got resolved. Please look at these screen shots:
Every WordPress blog I tried access looked like this. Please let me know if you think the problem was with my computer or with a some momentary glitch on the WordPress side of things. And, if it was probably my comp, what would be the likely culprits. Thanks!
I’m no expert, but it looks like the site lost its connection to the stylesheets and/or themes.
I’m having the exact same problem. The forums are screwed up, every blog I try to access on wp.com is screwed up, including mine. Everything is slow.
And I might note that I’ve done cookie dance. Plus the problem is ONLY on wordpress.com, not anywhere else on the web.
I too am having problems that sound the same as those mentioned above. Checked other sites with no issues. It is only the wordpress.com site that gives me problems and I have checked this on 3 computers with the same results…
Also, had contacts around the globe (UK & AUS) check and they see my blog as usual with no problems. Is there a server issue somewhere?
My problem has been solved although I don’t know what happened.
I’ve been having almost likely the same problem for about a week now. And guess what? It’s an retard ISP issue! Contacted them already but the reply is [un]surprisingly the same: “Get used to it or you may find other providers best suit your need” or should I reparaphrase that into “Welcome to Indonesia”. Doh!
[not that I’m unaware of WP guys are doing to the WP backend to improve the dashbord and main site’s appearance]
