Unauthorized charges to my credit card!!

  1. Hi,

    I purchased an upgrade to pro for $104 on July 25. I was charged this fee twice on my credit card, and on September 23 I was charged an additional mystery fee of $99. Can someone please help me refund the $203 that should not have been charged, and remove my credit card information so that no further mistakes are made. Thanks in advance for your help.

  4. It looks like a refund has been processed for this transaction. I will assume that the issue is resolved unless I hear otherwise from you.

  6. 90% of them take 7-10 days. Some others can take over 2 weeks. And in some extreme cases (typically with overseas banks) it can take up to a month.
