Under the Influence — duplicate "description"

    I’m using Under the Influence and have noticed the “description”/tagline is appearing twice — once under the title where it’s supposed to be, and once in the white area to the right of that, just below the top rule. Because it’s white, the one on the right doesn’t show now, but you can see it if you highlight the area. Unfortunately, it does show up if I add a drop shadow or change the color. Nothing I’ve tried gets rid of it. Can someone help please? Thanks in advance.

    The blog I need help with is piedtype.com.

    For whatever reason, that is the way under the influence is designed. Both of the tagline locations are under the same selector. The following little trick though seems to get rid of the one to the right while leaving the one under the title.

    #title_box .description {
        display: block !important;
    #header .description {
        display: none;

    Thank you! That fixed it. :) Would never have come up with that on my own.

    You are welcome. I had to play around with it for a while to figure it out.
