Unresolved "resolved" issues

  I and a few others have reported a sudden problem with obviously fake subscriptions/followers, and at least two of us have noted a concordant significant increase in spam comments. Please see:

  The first two topics have been closed with no explanation, and the third has been marked resolved despite continuing questions from several people about the explanation given. I am bringing up the issue in a new topic, as I suspect support staff are not monitoring the previous topic anymore since it was marked resolved and are, thus, unaware of our follow up questions.
