Hi. Could you be more specific as to the “trouble” they are having? Usually it’s as easy as clicking on a clearly marked unsubscription link at the bottom of the email and following the instructions from there?
If you subscribers don’t have a WordPress.com blog, they should be able to unsubscribe using the following link. You don’t need a login, but you do need to enter your email to get a key to get in: http://subscribe.wordpress.com/
If they do have WordPress.com blogs then there may be a bug if clicking the “unsubscribe” link in the post email is not working. I’ll flag this thread for Staff attention.
