1.- Using a calendar application, I've created a sample iCalendar file containing VEVENT's "DESCRIPTION:" content lines that exceed 75 octets. The application applied a "folding" technique to split these lines by "inserting a CRLF immediately followed by a single linear white-space character", in compliance with Section 3.1 of RFC 5545.
2.- I uploaded the file to a web server.
3.- I created an upcoming events widget and shortcode pointing to the iCalendar file's URL.
4.- The event's description is displayed with unintended extra white-space characters. Apparently, upcoming events widget and shortcode doesn't unfold content lines properly because it should remove the linear white space character that immediately follows the CRLF character.
