i just upgraded my account an hour ago.. and after deep thinking .. i have decided to cancel the upgrade..

Just in case you’re not happy with your upgrade we offer a limited refund on newly purchased upgrades.
1. New domain registrations will be refunded if requested within 2 days.
2. Domain renewals are non-refundable.
3. Most other upgrades can be fully refunded within 30 days of purchase.
You can use the “Cancel and Refund” button if available or Contact support if you want to request a refund.
I Clicked the said button and this thing flashed in front of me
Support is currently closed as staff meet offsite brainstorming ways to make things better. We will be dropping into the forums regularly during the hiatus, and we’ll formally reopen on August 16th.
So how can i cancel my upgrade and get the refund?

As Volunteers answering Support questions do not have backend access to blogs and cannot help, it seems you must wait until August 16th, and file a support ticket here then > http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/ That is unless a Stff member monitoring these forum threads assists you before then.

@borjmuller, I’ve tagged this thread so that hopefully when staff checks in they will see it, but given the circumstances, I don’t think they will deny you a refund.
@borjmuller I have canceled your domain mapping upgrade and processed a refund for you.
Note that your upgrade was for domain mapping only, and it was not a domain registration. Domain mapping can be refunded any time within 30 days. Domain registration (which is where you buy the domain itself through WordPress.com) can only be refunded if requested within 2 days.
