Upgrade Paid

  1. I have paid for an upgrade on WordPress, I have a proof of receipt of this payment. My blog allowed me the new features along with this upgrade for about 10 minutes, however now it has gone back to asking me to purchase an upgrade again, and my features are no longer available. How should I resolve this?
