Upgrade won't accept credit card billing address

  1. I'm trying to upgrade to the $299 business package with a company credit card registered in Mauritius. There is no postcode associated with the billing address. WordPress won't accept credit card details without this. Please help

  2. You must be logged in under the exact same username that registered the blog and who is the Admin of the blog and who purchased the upgrade for the blog to access the required setting. If not then you will not be able to access the setting.

    The only accepted methods of payment follow. uses PayPal as the payment processor, and as such, can only accept payment from countries they support:

    In addition to major credit cards Mastercard, VISA, American Express, Discover, and PayPal can accept echecks and some debit cards.

    The debit card must have a VISA or Mastercard symbol on it, and should work just like a credit card when selecting the VISA or Mastercard option on the payment form, even though it's a debit card.

  3. Thanks for the reply. I am logged in as the admin and this is my only blog. The issue is when I put in the country as Mauritius it asks for a postcode of which there is none. If I put in 0000 it sees please check billing address and I don't see the option to input the full billing address. Could the issue be that I am in Ireland but am putting in a different country for the billing address?
    I haven't purchased the upgrade yet, as I can't so don't have the option to update billing details. Is there anyway of contacting WordPress support?
