Upgraded theme, paid, still in checkout cart, and received email to pay!

  1. Hi there!

    Today I upgraded to a premium theme, paid for it, received the receipt, but I just got an email I still need to check out and pay for the upgrade.

    What went wrong?

    I actually even finished uploading and updating everything, so I'm really worried I'll lose my work!

    Any advice would be appreciated!

    It looks like everything is working fine from here. How long after your purchase did the email get sent?

    Thanks for your reply!

    I received the email reminding me to finish the payment six hours I paid for the theme and received my receipt.

    Should I just continue on as normal?
    What if I get another reminder? Also, the theme is still sitting in my cart.

  4. Hi Jel,

    Check out your billing history in your WordPress account and see if a transaction went through for the theme. It's possible you added the theme by mistake after activating it. If you see that a transaction went through in your billing history, and you have no problem using the theme, you should be able to remove the other theme sitting in your cart no problem :)
