Upgrades are still availabe

  1. This is now the third email that I have written requesting confirmation of my refund. It still appears that the services that I had paid for are still active and I want to make sure that hey have been cancelled so I can concentrate on my site. Please can you confirm to me that this has now been actioned.

    Provided you are logged in under the same username account that purchased the upgrades, you can request a refund yourself directly from the Store section of your Dashboard

    When we create a support ticket by contacting Staff or by flagging a thread here in the forums for their assistance it’s important to understand they have a backlog. They deal with the support tickets and threads with the earliest dates first. So if we contact them more than once on the same issue or bump threads the date moves forward and it takes longer to get help.

I have already tried to cancel and then the email that was sent to me requested for me to click here to confirm and it takes me to a page saying "Are You Sure You Want To Do This?" and says "WordPress Failure Notice" at the top of the page. From here there is nowhere else for me to go or anything to click on. Is there anything that can be actioned on your end?

  6. Your bundle included a domain registration.

    Unfortunately, we can only refund the domain registration portion within 48 hours.

    If you'd like, I can cancel and refund the rest of the bundle for $73.

    As for the domain, if we cancel the domain, it can take up to several weeks, and we can't guarantee that your domain will be available to you again once canceled.

    If you want to keep using your domain but you don't want to use anymore, you don't have to cancel it.

    Instead, you can move the domain to another site, using the Domain Administration tool under Store > Domains, at the bottom of the page.

  7. Hi macmanx. I am happy to keep the domain address it is just the other stuff that I no longer need as I had made a mistake between and I have now signed up to the later and signed up for external hosting. Many thanks for quick response.
