uploading photos

    I am having trouble uploading photos to my media gallery. I recently bought a new computer and now have windows 8. I had no trouble uploading until then. What do I need to do? Thanks

    Would you mind letting me know exactly what happens when you try to upload a photo? Please describe the steps you take in as much detail as possible, and let us know if you’re getting an error message, and exactly where you’re getting stuck.

    Does this happen in a different browser, such as Firefox or Chrome?
