Urgent Help with Stats Assigned to Wrong Domain / URL

  1. Hello, I'm about to update the website from " stats" to "Jetpack," but I see that the Dashboard is assigned to the wrong domain: instead of being assigned to the actual website it is assigned to the test environment.

    So, right now The American University of Rome Dashboard is assigned to the Blog URL:

    It instead needs to be:

    How do I fix this?

  3. Hi there! We saw your ticket and are answering that as well. Forums posts can be answered by anyone who can help, and the forums are also a great place to find the solutions others have used.

    In case anyone else needs help: If Jetpack has the address for your development environment, the quick fix is to simply disconnect and reconnect Jetpack from your live environment. You can do that by going to Jetpack in your Dashboard, and clicking on the word Connect in the upper right of the Jetpack screen. That will disconnect you; then simply reconnect.
