user id issue and frame issue

    user id does not exist on activated blog.
    I have registered as dileepvragavan and email (email redacted) and activated a blog ambulimaama.wordpress.com. Issue one is on my admin page where i follow other blogs and do more i am getting a frame not allowing me access on most important options on top. how do i remove, where to find frame remover plugin

    when attempted to add plugin and login to wordpress.org it says my user id does not exist

    The blog I need help with is ambulimaama.wordpress.com.
