    I’d like to upload my logo and use it as the title but don’t know how. Help!

    The blog I need help with is

    Hi there, I see you accomplished this. Nice work!

    Let us know if you have additional questions.

    Thanks for your response.

    Actually I uploaded the current logo a while ago after googling how to do it. I’ve since changed my logo and would like to use the new one but cannot for the life of me remember how. Any help would be much appreciated.

    I’d be more than happy to help you with that. The existing header/logo is 945px wide by 236px tall. The height can be adjusted if your new logo is a different height, but the 945px width is about as wide as you can go.

    Upload your new logo to your media library, get the URL of that image from the image and then replace the URL in the background declaration (between the double quote marks) in the following section of your custom CSS (appearance > custom design and click on the edit button in the CSS module toward the right).

    #header h1 a {
        background: url("") no-repeat scroll 0 0 transparent;
        display: block;
        height: 236px;
        text-indent: -9999px;
        width: 945px;

    I hope that helps.

    Hello, I am using Auto focus, and even if everything is quite easy to help us as much as possible, I can’t find a way to reduce the size of my header (wich is my logo) and I also would like to add a small text under my logo but if I select “had a text”, the my menu appears as a column on the right and not in a line as I would like it to… please could you help me ?

    I’ve tried that and it worked, yay! Thank you. The space between the logo and the title tabs now looks too big however, is there a way I can reduce this? I think the logo is at the maximum size you said. Sorry to be a pain but I think I’m nearly there.

    I’ve adjusted logo height from 236 to 300 but issue of space between logo and page titles remains same.

    Also currently I notice logo is only showing on home page. How do I make it show at top of every page?

    Hello, I have a similar query. I would like to achieve this look of a header in my blog:

    I actually use the same theme – reddle as the example above :)

    @everyafricanwoman, I see you have changed the header logo to 75px in height. Change the “height” in the CSS to 75px and see what you think.

    To get the logo to show up on all pages, change the selector to

    #header .site-title a

    @bezego, @everyafricanwoman is using Bueno. To avoid confusion for users coming to this thread in the future, could I ask you to start a new thread in the CSS Customization forum and we can help you with that.

    Many thanks.

    It worked thank you, you’re a lifesaver!

    Trying to apply it to every page however changes even the home page to the original site title that’s currently appearing on the other pages.

    Hi there, I made a change in your CSS, and now all pages are showing the new header logo. I checked in Safari, Firefox and Chrome just to make sure it was working on all of them. You may want to clear your browser cache and then take a look at the site again to see what you think and make sure I didn’t misunderstand.

    Let me know if you have any problems or further questions.

    That’s exactly what I wanted thank you so much for all your help!

    You are very welcome and please let us know if you have any further questions or problems.
