Very confused!

  1. Hi I am gearing up to use my blog.

    The problem is when i go into manage my blog there doesn't seem to me a blog there.
    Also I think i bought 2 blogs and they are somehow over lapping . I am very confussed and need to make progress can you help?

    I think the blog I am trying to use is kbloveslearning

    I have these 2 (things) that I bought at seperate times:

    The kbloveslearning is what i want to use as my blog. But the kevinberryblog keeps coming up. How do i creat one blog only?



  4. The domain redirects to .The 'kbloveslearning' blog is registered under a different account (other than kbrecourcing). If you want I can move the domain to that other account, but I need the account owner to reply in this thread so that we can verify the ownership.

    If you don't have access to your account or forgot the password, you can request a new password over here. Please follow the instructions carefully. You'll receive two separate emails during the reset process, so make sure you read them both. If you don't receive the emails right away, check your spam folders as well. The confirmation emails can get caught in them sometimes :)

  7. That's correct, the kbloveslearning is registered under a different account, that's why you can't reach it.

    If you want to move the purchased domain ( to, I need the account owner of to reply to this thread and verify the move of your domain to his blog.

  9. Correct. You're logged in as kbresourcing, which is great because you are the owner of But I can't move the domain ( to a different account without a verification from that account owner.

  11. Please have the owner of the site log into their account, and confirm here by replying in this thread that they give permission for us to move the domain to that account.

  21. The same way you're posting replies in this forum thread, have the user kevin860 log in and add a reply to this forum thread, to confirm the domain transfer.

  24. Hi there, I see that you started another thread, but you posted again as the user kbresourcing - are you able to log in on the account that owns the domain name? That username is kevin860. You would need to log out of the kbresourcing account first, and then log back in with the kevin860 username and corresponding password.

    If you are able to make a post while logged in as the user kevin860, please paste the following link into the thread so we know the two are related:

    Okay... When logged in as kevin860 I couldn't respond to this thread :(

    I get the message,

    Replies limited to Staff and User
    Replies in this forum are limited to staff members and the user who made the support request at the moment.

    When I'm logged in as kbresourcing I can respond to this thread!

    I still want to delete the blogs associated with this username (kbresourcing), but I get the message,

    Warning! You cannot delete a blog if the blog has a domain registration upgrade. You must have access to the blog in order to get to the domain manager.
    If you do not want to use your blog any more please make it private. Other users won’t be able to visit the blog but you can still access the Dashboard so you can get to the domain manager.

    I am going to try and find out how many usernames I have!!

    Can you delete an account? Could I delete the username kevin860?

    I will also post the link when logged in as kevin860 (In a new thread)

    Any chance of transferring KEVINBERRYBLOG to kevin860, before we delete kbresourcing account?

    I have logged into the domain manager, but I haven't got very far :(
