Video process time?

    Hi–I am uploading my first video, a trial run, to I bought the video upgrade today. It’s taking a long time to process, says “This Video is Processing.” It’s a short video–less than a minute. How long should this take, and what is a typical time per length for video to process?

    Thanks Time Thief, you’re always so helpful. I’ve contacted support twice in the last few days but heard nothing yet. Do you know how long it typically takes for a response? I just tried a second video and having the same issue…



    It can take days as Staff provide support for over 25 million. When we create a support ticket by contacting Staff it’s important to understand they have a backlog. They deal with the support tickets with the earliest dates furst. So if we contact them more than once of the same issue the date moves forward and it takes longer to get help. I have flagged this thread for Staff attention.



    According to our system, the file you have uploaded is not a video.

    Was it a slideshow from iPhoto or a similar photo app?

    If so, those actually aren’t videos. They’re just some photos and a set of instructions wrapped in a .mov structure.

    Please try opening the file in QuickTime player and select “Export for Web” from the File menu.
