The blog I need help with is scsgna.org.
Why don’t you use a Flickr slideshow or the WordPress.com slideshow features?
Could you please let us know exactly the steps you’re taking to add the slideshow so we can investigate? Could you also provide a link to a draft page where this is happening so I can take a look?
You should definitely not be seeing that error so I’d like to get to the bottom of it. Thanks.
I just sent an email stating all is well; when I tried it on my other blog (private, secondary blog) getting same error message, and the slideshow is a black box. http://giendo.wordpress.com/
Not sure why it is working on one and not the other.
Sorry, it is me again. Definately views only when completely signed out of admin (which I was not on my second blog). Thanks.
Hi there – I’m not seeing anything like a slideshow in the first column on your site here: http://scsgna.org/
Would you mind providing a link to the page in question in your admin area where you’ve tried to add the slideshow? For example, something like:
I don’t see any posts on that site.
The slideshow on this site looks fine:
Are you able to upgrade to IE9?
Could you please check your site in a different browser, such as Chrome, or Firefox? Thanks very much.
I actually pulled the slideshow off of the scsgna.org site knowing my giendo wordpress site was functioning properly. The key is to make sure I am completely signed out of the admin function and the slideshow worked on both blogs. Thanks for your help!
I cannot control the size of the slideshow but read that it is not an option in the support doc (even though there are features on the edit page to enlarge or make smaller). Again, I so appreciate your time!
I’m glad you got it working. We do hope to add more options to the slideshow feature in the future, but for now the size is fixed.
If you need anything else, just let us know.
