Can you tell me the specific concern, so I can address it right away. I got a message Support is closed until January 3, but you regularly check the forums.

Can you please contact me ASAP at my registered WordPress gmail account and get me the “Specific” things that need to be changed?
I also have some concerns about the WordPress procedure. A few months back, I got this same message. I didn’t know the cause and it took several email exchanges with WordPress support, before I got an answer. The problem was I made reference to a free Internet training site in my Chicago Job Resources. What I didn’t know is that they also made reference to software vendors, which is considered affiliate marketing. I wish WordPress would just tell the blog owner first via email, specificity the specific concerns. Instead, you just suppress future posting and leave it to the blog owner, to track down an answer from support. Can’t WordPress support change their approach a big?
The other concern is how long it will take, to get an answer. I noticed that new posting was locked out today, but support is not present until January 3 (except for monitoring forums). The last time this happened, it took a while to get a proper answer from WordPress support. But it only took me a minute to correct the original concern.
Posting every half hour will not help you get help quicker – us unpaid volunteers have no say in blog suspensions – if you have contacted the staff with the link provided they will get back to you – they have a skeleton crew on but they are supporting us and they do look in the Forum – this thread has been marked attention staff so you just need to be patient – your site is still up you just can’t add content for a while – your visitors will not see much difference and you should not loose significant traffic.
If you contacted us through the “click here to contact us” link in the notice, our ToS department definitely received your request, and they’ll be getting back to you ASAP.
As a policy, please refrain from discussing ToS issues on the public forums.
