    We seem unable to renew our payment. Struggling to get it accepted.

    The blog I need help with is howoftenithinkaboutfootball.wordpress.com.

    There are no active upgrades owned by the account you are logged in to. What is the URL of the site you need to renew the upgrades for?

    Once I know more, I’ll see what I can find.

    Thank you. The url is catholicnewmalden.org
    It is a colleague who is trying to renew it but she says whenever she tries it won’t let her.

    The domain catholicnewmalden.org is owned by another user of the site. Please ask secretaryagnes57 to login and renew from their Manage Purchases page.

    If there are any problems, they can reply here logged in to their account and I’ll take a look.

    It is secretaryagnes57 who is trying to renew but keeps being told somebody else is renewing or not being able to do so. I will try and point her here.

    Upgrades must be renewed annually.

    You have to be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard, renew or cancel any upgrades, claim a refund for any qualified upgrades, and disable auto-renew.     If you are not logged in under the correct username account clear your browser cache https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-your-browser-cache and cookies https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-wordpress-com-cookies and then login under the correct username account.

    Hi secretaryagnes57,

    The Premium plan for that domain is owned by pjasew — the upgrades are split across two accounts. They have renewed the plan, which included the domain catholicnewmalden.org.

    It’s best if the plan and domain are owned by the same account. pjasew has already transferred ownership of the domain to you and with their permission, I can also transfer the plan to your account.

    If you would like to go ahead, please ask pjasew to login and reply here to confirm, or I can send them an email. Which option would you prefer?
