Web Site Down after deleting an Inactive Plugin

Haven’t a clue where to go with this. I deleted a plugin that I was not using. After choosing delete in the drop down, I could no longer get to the site or the admin page.

Earlier today I created a child theme with only the style.css and a screenshot.jpg of the theme inside the child folder.

The reason it’s in this folder is I’m creating this for someone and will move it later when I done with it.

Oh, OK, I guess I didn’t pay attention to where I was posting. I was just posting to WordPress Forum. Thank you for the info.
