  I make a website in wordpress using Google hosting but site can’t make here officially wordpress theme don’t come

  Your site is using the self-hosted version of WordPress, and you need to seek help at the WordPress.org forums:

  https://wordpress.org/support/forums/

  These forums are for WordPress.com hosted sites only :)

  WordPress.com vs. WordPress.org

  I will also recommend you to check your server config and WordPress file permissions.
