What is happening? When I log in a see someone else's profile!
When I log in a see someone elses profile–this has happened twice. It tells me that if I am not my own profile, I need to log out, and denies me access. I then log out, and everything is back to normal… but it’s kind of creepy! What is happening? I have the two-step security, I don’t know what else to do.

It happened again! The user who I see is “Tan Haur Studio”… but another time it was a real estate person. This is freaking me out.
There’s nothing we Volunteers can do about this. Staff work through all forum threads tagged for their attention and through all email support tickets in order of datestamps and timestamps – first posted first served, as would be expected.
Don’t bump your threads because it’s not in your best interest to post to them after they have been tagged for Staff help. When bloggers keep bumping any thread thinking they are going to get service from Staff more quickly they aren’t thinking straight because that moves the timestamps forward and it takes longer to get a response. The same is true if you email more than once the date moves forward and it takes longer to get help.
I just tested this out and it all looked normal to me. Are you still seeing the issues with other accounts? If so, could you snap a screenshot and send it along to email@example.com? We can then help sort things out privately. Thanks!
It is normal now, but it happens every now and then, and sometimes more frequently than others. Usually logging out is all it takes to reset it back to my account–but when I last messaged it happened several times in a row. I saw “Tan Haur Studio” and there was a middle-aged Asian man as my gravatar (lol). If it happens again I will take a screenshot. Why would it be happening at all, do you think?

You can simply upload the screenshot to your Media Library, like any other image, and I’ll be able to access it from there.
