What is the refund policy if I would like to cancel a premium template purchase?

    I am new to WordPress and need a video theme template. The simplest would be to use a WordPress.com premium template.

    I won’t know till I purchase and use the template as to whether it will work for me or if I need to go the route of customizing with a WordPress.org premium template.

    What are my options if I buy and need to cancel within a few weeks?

    The blog I need help with is crunchyeats.wordpress.com.

    WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all of our upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers.

    Provided you are logged in under the same username account that purchased the upgrades, you can request a refund yourself directly from the Store section of your Dashboard

    Not sure how different the WordPress.org works.
    But, is it the same refund policy there as well? Sorry, if I need to ask this question on the WordPress.org forum.

    WordPress>ORG provides free software only.
    There are no upgrades you can purchase there at all.

    You hire a web host http://wordpress.org/hosting/ and set up a WordPress.org install. If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.org, click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the correct support forums for your software.
