What's my problem with Skeptical font customization?

    It won’t work, basically.
On my trial site I’m experimenting with everything under the sun, and I DID buy custom design for this one, as well.
But I’m simply unable to use the normal font customization to change the default fonts.

The blog I need help with is mrtrials.wordpress.com.

    Hi there,

Are you referring to mrtrials.wordpress.com? If so, it looks like you’ve been able to customize the font through CSS. Were you able to get it to look how you wanted? If not, let me know a bit more about what you’re trying to accomplish (change font or size), and I’ll be happy to help!

Ah, a new victim in Support! – hello, Jeremey!
I have of late – meaning subsequent to posting this question (irritatingly) – decided that the Font third of Custom Design should be removed. Deleted.
As to why, it’s because one Can’t Go Back.
From the second one employs the Font thinggy and changes something, one’s die is cast and that’s IT. The default font set will never be seen again.
Were there a little option somewhere in that slide-out that offered the user ‘Default font set’, my life would be perfect. Well, certainly in terms of WordPress, anyway! :-)

To go back to the default fonts, just click the “X” to the right of each font in the Appearance > Customize > Fonts panel.

Yes, I’m now on top of this – thanks to you.
I never even wondered about those little x marks, either.
Not very good at seeing things that are there, as timethief and someone else (raincoaster? – a name like that) have discovered to their regret.
    Thanks again!

No worries, I can see how the “X” for fonts could be missed.

Aside: I love some of the usernames people pick out. :)
