When I publish my contact page why does the form disappear when I publish it?

Each time I create a contact page, I add in the contact form but when I publish it – it disappears and doesn’t show on my blog.

I located the page in question and see that you are reporting an issue ie. empty drafts — disappearing text that has plagued some bloggers and that Staff have yet to resolve. I have flagged this thread for Staff attention.
Just to be sure, are you following this guide: http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact-form/ ?
Also, build the contact form while in the Text tab on the browser. Doing it in the Visual tab doesn’t work consistently whereas I’ve never had any issues if I do it while in the Text (HTML) tab in the editor.
