I just signed up for an account/blog but when I activated it, it says I don’t have a blog in my dash board and that I should create one. So I tried to use the same name I used before but when I type “themunchblog” into the spot to make “themunchblog.wordpress.com” as I did when I registered, its saying that the domain name is unavailable, so clearly I made the blog when I resgistered, its just not coming up on my dash board. Help Please!
Any idea when this will get fixed? I’m sorry to be impatient, but I’ve been planning for awhile to have this made tonight, and I don’t want another name than the one I have chosen. I don’t want to switch to another blogging platform because I’ve heard great things about Word Press, but this is really disappointing me.
It looks like you registered themunchboxblog.wordpress.com in the meantime – do you plan to continue with that blog instead? You can register any domain name that you want to map to the blog (so you could have themunchblog.com, assuming it’s still available) instead of having a WordPress.com URL: http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/all-about-domains/
Just let me know what you’ve decided!
