Author Posts April 24, 2012 at 11:47 am #875257 nomorespanglishMember Hello, LinkedIn allow you to ‘promote your profile by adding a badge to your blog…’ etc. They provide the HTML code for you to copy and paste. Is it possible to do this in WordPress and if so, where do I paste the code? Many thanks, Ronan. The blog I need help with is nomorespanglish.wordpress.com. April 24, 2012 at 12:22 pm #875421 nomorespanglishMember I’m not sure what you mean raincoaster – it’s HTML code from LinkedIn. Do you want to see the code? April 24, 2012 at 12:50 pm #875427 nomorespanglishMember It’s ok, thanks. I tried using a text widget like you said and it works fine. Thanks again. Looked all over and can’t find it! thanks April 24, 2012 at 5:52 pm #875451 nomorespanglishMember I’ve just gone back to see how I did it and I can’t find the option (maybe because I’ve already done it). Anyway, try this: Click Profile near the top of your home page. In the highlighted section near the top of your profile, scroll down until you see a line for “Public Profile”. Click the Edit link and make changes. When I had the code, I cut and pasted it into the Text widget and it works fine. Author Posts The topic ‘Where to add LinkedIn code?’ is closed to new replies.
